Google Ads

We use Google Ads (tag AW-18526535906), provided by Google, for advertising measurement and ad optimisation. When permitted, Google receives page addresses, device and browser information, IP address and advertising interactions, and may store or read advertising cookies. Google may process data outside your country under its applicable safeguards.

When advertising tracking is permitted, successfully stored website enquiry and free Amazon audit forms trigger the existing lead conversion only after confirmed storage. Completed bookings in the embedded Calendly calendar trigger a separate “Audit meeting booked” conversion, only after a validated booking-confirmation message from that calendar. This booking conversion covers both demo and audit appointments because they use the same calendar.

Pageviews, form views, opening the calendar, button clicks, incomplete bookings, validation errors and failed form submissions trigger no conversion. Conversion events include no names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, form content or Calendly invitee content. The booking event includes an opaque Calendly scheduled-event ID, prefixed with “calendly-”, as a transaction ID to prevent duplicate reporting. The lead event uses a separate opaque submission reference for deduplication. These references are not customer-matching identifiers; Google may still receive its usual device, browser, IP address and advertising data as described above.

Your advertising choices

In the UK, EEA and Switzerland, or when we cannot determine your region, the Google tag stays blocked until you accept advertising tracking. Elsewhere, ordinary advertising measurement may run without a banner unless you reject it or your browser signals an opt-out. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

You can reject as easily as accept, or withdraw at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Opening settings does not change your current choice. Withdrawal stops further tracking and reloads any open site tabs that were running the tag. Previously blocked activity is not replayed.

Consent records

We save a random visitor reference and the history of your advertising choices in this browser's local storage, including each choice, its time, your detected region (if known) and the notice version. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. When this notice changes, previous acceptance no longer counts as consent to the updated notice: where consent is required, tracking stays blocked until you accept again. Prior rejections and choice history are preserved. Records remain in this browser until you clear site data; they are not uploaded to Google. Clearing browser storage removes the record and may require a new choice.

We determine your country using a same-origin Cloudflare country lookup. The lookup times out after 2 seconds and defaults to blocking advertising if it fails.

Booking and other services

The booking page embeds Calendly. Calendly independently processes the booking details you provide to arrange your appointment under its own privacy notice, whether or not you permit Google Ads tracking. Our booking conversion sends only the opaque scheduled-event transaction ID described above, not your booking answers or invitee details.
